I made my first transaction with All States about 4 months ago.  It will be my last.  When the parts arrived, 3 of the six parts (3 point linkage) were rusted solid together.  I tied to get them busted free with PB Blaster and heat but gave up.  You would think they would check the parts before they send them out, especially when they are charging 50% of dealer costs.

After about 5 calls I finally got the necessary info to send the parts back.  That was 2 months ago.  Now after 2 months I still haven't received a refund.  

Next time I will just pay for over priced dealer parts instead of paying for over priced used parts.

Not a happy customer.  My next communication will be with the Better Business Bureau although I know they are of limited use.
